# BirdieDuel

Dein Spiel verbessern.

**Was kostet BirdieDuel?**

## English

> BirdieDuel is a free web app for golf rounds: score your round, improve your game, play to win together. A digital scorecard, personal stats, asynchronous 1-vs-1 duels, flight games, your own tournaments, and automatic handicap calculation, with sidebets settled in play-money credits instead of real currency.

BirdieDuel offers a mobile one-hole-per-screen scorecard for up to four players, works offline and syncs afterwards, optionally records tee shot result, putts, and greenside bunkers for private personal stats (putts, fairways and greens in regulation hit, score to par, comparison with earlier rounds), and lets two players duel on the same course — even at different times on the same day, with the opponent's results hidden hole-by-hole until both have played it. Flight games support two to four players, including 2-vs-2. Formats are match play, stroke play, and Stableford, gross and net. Handicap is calculated automatically from handicap index, course rating, slope, and tee, including the distribution of handicap strokes across holes. Sidebets (birdie, eagle, and hole-in-one auto-detected, others tapped in) settle in credits — play money with no real value and no payout, not real-money gambling. Tournaments run across multiple rounds and courses with a public leaderboard that updates after each completed flight, no account required. The course catalogue is user-maintained. BirdieDuel is free, signs up with email, and is available in German and English.

**FAQ (short)**

- How does a handicapped golf duel work? Handicap is auto-calculated from index, course rating, slope, and tee; both players play their round, opponent scores stay hidden hole-by-hole until both have entered theirs.
- Can I score without signal on the course? Yes, the scorecard works offline and syncs later.
- What does BirdieDuel cost? Free, sign up with email.
- Do spectators need an account? No, public duels, flight games, and the tournament leaderboard are viewable without one.
- Are credits real money? No, credits are play money only — not real-money gambling.
